Privacy policy

The data we collect

Soléné only collects the information you choose to send, through the contact form or by email:

• first and last name;
• email address and, if you wish, phone number;
• type of request, date, venue and number of guests for your event;
• your message and any files you choose to attach (photos, brief, pictures of a venue);
• how you heard about Soléné, if you tell us.

No other data is collected without your knowledge.

Why we use it

Your data is used only to answer your request, prepare a quote and, if you place an order, carry out the work and invoice it. This processing is based on steps taken at your request before a contract, then on the performance of the contract and compliance with accounting obligations (Article 6 of the GDPR). Your details are never used to send you advertising.

Who has access

Only Sol has access to your data. To run the website, Soléné relies on technical providers who do not use your data for their own purposes:

• Framer B.V. (Netherlands), which hosts the website;
• FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which forwards contact form messages to Soléné’s mailbox;
• Infomaniak (Switzerland), which hosts the mailbox where your messages are received and stored.

Some of these services may process data outside the European Union. Your data is never sold, rented or passed on.

How long we keep it

• Requests that do not lead to an order: 3 years from the last exchange.
• Clients: for the duration of the relationship, then for the period required by law (10 years for accounting records).
• Photos sent for a portrait: kept while the work is being made, then deleted, unless you agree that they may be kept or shown.

Your rights

You may at any time ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format, by writing to hello@maisonsolene.art. You will receive an answer within one month. If you believe your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).

Cookies and analytics

This website uses no advertising cookies and no trackers that require your consent, which is why no banner is shown. The audience measurement provided by Framer works without cookies. Some fonts are loaded from Google Fonts servers, which sends your IP address to Google. The background music only plays if you turn it on, and sets no cookies.

Links to other websites

Links to Instagram take you to a third-party website, which has its own privacy policy.

This policy may change, in particular if new tools are added to the website. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page.
